Family-Friendly Accommodation • This property is exclusively for families. • The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. • Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. • Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. • Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. Check-In & Identification: • Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received, and the damage deposit is paid. • Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. • The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. • The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. • A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. • Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. • There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. • All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property. • Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. • Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: • For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. • Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Damage Deposit • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. • Please note that the lead guest must be aged 35 years or older. Additional Amenities: • Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges). • Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required.
