Any undeclared guest will result in immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund. • Proper use of the property The apartment is intended exclusively for temporary accommodation. Any unauthorised professional, commercial or event-related use will result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. • Access, keys and security Keys, badges and access codes are strictly personal. Any loss, unauthorised duplication or security breach will result in lock and/or key replacement fees, charged to the guest. • Damage and liability Guests are responsible for the apartment, furniture and equipment throughout the stay. Any damage will result in charges corresponding to the actual cost of repair or replacement. • Condition upon departure The apartment must be left in a normal condition of use.
